Finding the right home for us was extremely important. However, as first time home buyers the process initially felt overwhelming. Luckily we met Bill and he helped ease the stress. He was attentive, cool under pressure and extremely knowledgeable. He made sure his fiduciary duty to protect us was his top priority. Our Realtor was very helpful, patient, and great to work with. We began the buying process while we were still overseas. He walked us through the entire home buying process and previewed many homes for us before we arrived. He was always honest about the condition of the houses, providing us with detailed write ups and comps of the area. His write ups were so detailed that we were very tempted to buy sight unseen. When we arrived to the mainland he worked around our busy work schedule to set up home viewings working tirelessly to find us our new home. Even in this competitive market which favored conventional loans he was able to find us a home in a highly sought after neighborhood with our VA loan. My husband and I were looking for a duplex and there were only a few available due to the pandemic. We found one that was an extreme fixer upper. Bill has a great knowledge of what exactly needed to be repaired and spoke in depth about costs. Bill always made sure we knew exactly what we were getting into and made sure we got the best price. We always felt that he was on our side and not just trying to get a sale. The North County Area has a lot of back door negotiations going on. There are many realtors in this area that are not looking out for your best interests, but Bill has integrity.

Bill is incredibly knowledgeable and patient, and I am so grateful he was willing to work with a first-time home buyer. Having Bill by our side created an incredible advantage during negotiations with the home builder. Bill helped us understand the current market conditions, find other areas to negotiate with the builder (e.g. incentives, design packages, etc.), and even helped bring down the base price.
